Your ticket can be used from the date of purchase until 2 November 2025.
The refund request can be submitted until 30 Semptember 2025. Refund requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

• After checking that the ticket has not been used, the amount will be credited back to the credit card used at the time of the purchase transaction;
