You may bring your dog, who may enter all areas of the stations (including restaurants), with the exception of the Saussurea Botanical Garden (an attendant will be assigned to watch over your pet) and the Panoramic Mont Blanc.

Refunds are not given, except in cases where tickets cannot be used due to downtime for technical reasons, adverse weather conditions or service reasons.

You can decide to have lunch at Pavillon's Alpine Restaurant, choosing between a 2 or 3-course buffet-style meal, by adding this to your cart and at the same time booking your chosen date and time.
Or you can simply reserve your table and then pay for your lunch at the restaurant, by changing to BOOK, followed by ”Reserve Lunch at the Alpine Restaurant at Pavillon”.
You can purchase an Alpine lunch at the Kartell Bistrot Panoramic in Punta Helbronner by choosing date and time and adding it to your shopping cart.

The Tavolo dell'Infinito (Infinity Table) is the special, exclusive table at the Bistrot Panoramic Kartell in Punta Helbronner. It is reserved for two people who wish to share a romantic lunch on a suspended platform at the lowest point in the sky. This lunch can only be purchased on a set date, and your Infinity Table reservation cannot be changed or the ticket refunded.

The VIP package allows you to experience the ascent accompanied by a tour guide, who will introduce you to the three stations, the history of the cable car, and the magnificent surroundings. In addition to the guided tour, the package includes an aperitif and an Alpine lunch at the Bistrot Panoramic Kartell, plus a complimentary book, “Il respiro del cielo”. The experience is for 2 persons, is non-refundable, and the date given at the time of purchase cannot be brought forward or postponed.

Purchase the 3-hour guided tour under “Skyway Tour”, stating the date of your choice. The time will be fixed.
The meeting is at the stated time at the Sala Monte Bianco, next to Feltrinelli, in Punta Helbronner, where the visit to Punta Helbronner and the Rifugio Torino will begin. The tour will then descend to the Pavillon to discover the station, the museum and the technical rooms of the cable car, and finally end in the outdoor area where you can stop again to enjoy the last rays of sunshine.
At the end of your visit, at the Café des Alpinistes, at the cable car departure point, you will find a gift to take home with you in memory of your experience on the highest point in Italy.
